Frequently asked questions

How do I add a new ride?
To add a new ride, tap the "Add New Ride" button on the dashboard. Fill in the ride details including price, start and end locations, and optionally add a tip. You can also use voice commands by tapping the microphone icon.
How do I use voice commands?
On the main screen, tap the microphone icon. The Voice Ride modal opens and recording starts immediately. When you finish speaking, tap "Stop recording and send to convert". The text appears in the box, and you can edit it manually or dictate again. When it looks correct, tap Save. The system uses the first number as ride price, the second number as client paid amount, and stores the remaining text as note, then saves the ride.
How do I change my language?
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right corner, then select "Language" to choose from available languages. The app will update immediately.
How do I view my daily earnings?
Your daily earnings are displayed on the dashboard below your last ride. You can see total ride price, tips, number of rides, and your earnings after the driver percentage is applied.
How do I view my reports?
Go to the Reports tab. You can view ride history, earnings summaries, and export reports.
How do I change my driver percentage?
Go to Settings, then tap on "Driver Setup" or "Update Driver Profile". You can update your driver percentage there. This affects how your earnings are calculated.
What currencies are supported?
The app supports multiple currencies. Go to Settings and select "Preferred Currency" to choose your currency. The app will display all prices and earnings in your selected currency.
How do I contact support?
You can contact support by going to the Support Tickets tab and submitting a new ticket. Fill in the subject and message, then submit. Our team will respond as soon as possible.
What are calculation types (Daily vs Shifts)?
Daily calculates earnings by day. Shifts calculates earnings inside your working hours. To use shifts: go to Settings → Calculation Type → Shifts, set start/end times for each day, and press Save. The daily stats box will show the active shift time.
