Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Payments for the current period are non-refundable once the subscription period has started, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or did not receive access to paid features, contact us and we will review your case and issue a refund where appropriate.

10. Safety Advisory

For your safety and the safety of others, we strongly advise that you use the App only when your vehicle is stationary (parked or stopped). Do not use the App while driving.
